Call for Abstracts

How do I participate?
1. Find a faculty mentor and prepare your presentation
To take part in the conference, you will need to work with a faculty mentor who can guide your abstract and presentation. This could be the lecturer of the course on which your research was based, or your thesis supervisor.
You can choose to present your research as either:
- an oral presentation, or
- a poster presentation.
Both formats are welcome!
2. Submit your abstract through the online form
Once your mentor agrees to advise your project, you can submit your abstract using the online application form.
Here are the key details:
- You may be the first author on only one project, but you can be a co‑author on others.
- The submission deadline is 12 May 2026.
- Your abstract (maximum 150 words) should briefly and clearly summarize your research.
- Your faculty mentor must review your abstract before you submit it.
After you send the form, your mentor will automatically receive an email asking them to confirm the submission. Your project is officially accepted only after the mentor’s approval.
Important to know
By submitting an abstract, you are committing to participate if your project is accepted.
Please be ready to present at any point during the assigned session, as you cannot choose your presentation time.
Presenters are expected to stay for the entire duration of their session to support their fellow students.
