Registration fees

Registration deadline is 5 April 2023.

 

Conference fees:

         - PhD students 1000 CZK (around 42 EUR)

         - ESA members 2800 CZK (around 118 EUR)

         - non-ESA members 4200 CZK (around 177 EUR)

 

Social Dinner: 520 CZK (around 22 EUR)

 

Cancellation policy 

Cancellations received up to and including 1 May 2023 will incur a 20% administration fee.

Cancellations received after 1 May 2023 will not be eligible for a refund on any fees related to meals or registration.

Special support for Ukrainian scholars

Up to five Ukrainian scholars will be exempted from paying the registration fee and will receive the support of at least 250 EUR for accommodation and travel expenses.
