Erasmus+ Placements Call

Applications for the 2023/24 academic year are divided by quarters:

For mobility starting in the quarter from January to March 2024, the deadline for applications is 15 November 2023.
For mobility starting in the quarter from April to June 2024, the deadline for applications is 15 February 2024.
For mobility starting in the quarter from July to September 2024, the deadline for applications is 15 May 2024.

Practical and graduate placements (traineeships) provide students with another opportunity to travel abroad within Erasmus+ programmes. 

Placements can be performed in the member as well as non-member EU countries as follows: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Malta, the Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

All Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD students (including part-time students and those of non-EU countries) can participate in the programme. 

Practical and graduate placements may last from 2 up to 12 months. The minimum number of worked out hours must be 20 hours per week.

Short-stay mobilities for PhD. students may last from 5 to 30 days. 

The maximum length of Erasmus+ programmes is 12 months per study cycle.
