Doc. Zdeněk Uherek, colleague from the Sociology Department, has co-edited a new book titled Local and Global Impacts of the War in Ukraine alongside Jerome Krase from Brooklyn College, The City University of New York. The newly released publication reflects the ongoing commitment of ISS to produce academic work that addresses critical contemporary social issues within a global context. -

Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Call for period August 2026 to March 2027
The Erasmus+ employee mobility program selection procedure for trips in the period August 2026 to March 2027 was announced. Applications can be submitted from 4. 5. 2026 from 6 am to 29. 5. 2026 until 3:00 pm via the IS Věda application in the PAS module. The results of this selection procedure will be announced by the end of June 2026.
