The first MSCA4Ukraine webinar entitled ‘Exploring funding opportunities in the EU and beyond: Advice for researchers from Ukraine’ will take place on Thursday, 4th May, 2023. The event will address funding opportunities available for researchers from Ukraine beyond the MSCA4Ukraine scheme and how to prepare competitive applications.

The call for the SYLFF scholarship program of the Japanese foundation Tokyo Foundation for Policy Research (TKFD) for the year 2023. The offer is intended for students of doctoral programs in the social sciences or humanities and provides financial support in the amount of CZK 270,000 per year for up to two years for the preparation of a dissertation and other research activities.

On 11 May 2023 from 9 to 10 am, a breakfast of the Charles University Rector with FSV UK students and employees will be held at Hollar, room 212. Come and discuss the topics concerning current challenges faced by CU, creative ideas and CU plans.

Golden Courses for the best courses of the Winter Semester 2022/2023 according to the student evaluation were awarded on April 11, 2023. Congratulations to our colleagues Jaroslava Hasmanová Marhánková, Mirna Jusić, Martin Potůček and the assistants of these courses!

The call for applications to study abroad under the inter-university and inter-faculty agreements is open! You can apply for the study stays in summer semester 2023/24. The call is open from 5 to 30 April 2023.

The acceptance of applications within the spring call of the POINT programme will be postponed. It is assumed that the new (spring) call will be open from the beginning of June 2023.
