New MA programme at ISS: Society, Communication and Media

The institute is accepting applications for the new MA programme Society, Communications, and Media (SCM). The programme begins September 2019 and will be offered along with ISS's other MA programmes, Public and Social Policy, and Sociology in European Context. A two-year, English language-based Master's programme, SCM is designed for international students interested in gaining in-depth understanding of current trends in the field of sociology, including theories and research methods. The curriculum offers international, as well as Czech students, up-to-date and relevant expertise and knowledge in the rapidly evolving and intersecting fields of mass media and sociology. SCM is staffed and facilitated by members of  Institute of Sociological Studies (ISS FSV UK) and The Institute of Communication Studies and Journalism (ICSJ FSV UK).
