Doctoral Studies in Sociology
The PhD. Study programme is focused on scientific inquiry, independent creative work and deepening of theoretical knowledge. The aim of the programme is to prepare the students for scientific career and teaching in the field of basic and applied research. Sociology graduates are qualified to work at universities, scientific institutes and other areas where high level of theoretical and methodological education in sociology are required. It is possible to apply for all of master degree graduates or equivalent. However, the graduates will be admitted to the study only on the condition of passing successfully entrance exam.
